General

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the licensing of artwork ("Artwork") purchased from Beautiful Scenery Co LLC ("Licensor", "we", "our", or "us") by the customer ("Licensee", "you", or "your").

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, and subject to your full compliance with this Agreement, Beautiful Scenery Co LLC hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to possess the physical or digital copy of the Artwork for personal use only.

2. Restrictions on Use

You may not, under any circumstances and without prior written consent from Beautiful Scenery Co LLC:

• Reproduce or make copies of the Artwork in any form;
• Distribute, gift, sell, license, or share the Artwork, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
• Display the Artwork in public or commercial venues;
• Use the Artwork in connection with any merchandise, product, or promotional material;
• Create derivative works or modify the Artwork in any way intended for redistribution or sale;
• Profit from the Artwork, directly or indirectly.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Artwork, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of Beautiful Scenery Co LLC. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Revocation of License

Beautiful Scenery Co LLC reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon revocation, you agree to cease all use of the Artwork and, if requested, return or destroy all copies in your possession.

5. No Warranties

The Artwork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Beautiful Scenery Co LLC disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use or possession of the Artwork.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beautiful Scenery Co LLC from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Amendments

Beautiful Scenery Co LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Artwork after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

By purchasing or possessing Artwork from Beautiful Scenery Co LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
